Application Alphabetical Listing

Go to Reports>>Alphabetical Listing

This program will generate a listing of applicants in alphabetical order.  The report may be constrained by Application For and Waiting List.

Report Options

Click Report Options for more information on the following areas for generating and viewing the report:

• Preview
• Print
• Print with Setup
• Email
• Export
• Clear Selections
• Help on Report

Application Selections

Application For

Defaults to the Application For set in Waiting List Settings.  Users may select a different Application For for the List.

Waiting List

Waiting List may be left blank to include all Waiting Lists associated with the Application For or a specific Waiting List may be selected for the list.

Exclude the following

Check one or more of the following to exclude applicants from the list.

• Owes Money

• Criminal Check

• Verification Pending

• Complete

• Waiting on Voucher

• Issued (Voucher)
