The Global Table Maintenance program is available in several modules and is usually found under settings. This program is used to setup and maintain some, but not all, of the drop down menus found within a module. Tables and drop down menu information that is entered will be available in all modules that are setup to use the information.
Go to Settings>>Global Table Maintenance

Enter the Type code and press the F9 key. If you do not know the appropriate Type code to enter, please call the help desk for assistance. A few are listed below:
GLRECUR-01 is used to enter or edit R/E Groups used in GL Recurring Entry
APRECUR-01 is used to enter or edit Groups for Recurring AP Entry
RRSOURCE is used for the Source of Information drop down in the Section 8 module>>Rent Reasonableness Unit Master.
Enter new codes and descriptions in the Code Master File grid. In general, codes should be as short as possible.
New codes should be a maximum of 6 characters for GLRECUR-01. A longer code will cause errors in the recurring entry.
New codes should be a maximum of 10 characters for APRECUR-01. A longer code will cause errors in the recurring entry.
Click Save and then Close
You must close and reopen the module before the new codes will be available for use.
Check to make sure your codes are available when you restart the module. If they are not available, please call the help desk for assistance.
