Go to Activities>>Order Entry>>Order Entry>>Line Items>>Catalog
This option of entering line items is available from Order/Invoice Entry.
The Sales Catalog Grid is empty when first opened.
Select one or more Key Words and press the Build Grid button to populate the grid.
Highlight a line in the grid and press the Add to Order button
Click the Close button to view the added item in the Item Grid.
The grid contains the following columns:
VIT Number
Item Number
Description
Cost
Onhand
Price
Quantity
Select up to six key words with which to build information for the grid. At least one key word must be selected.
Click the Build Grid button after a key word or words have been selected to populate the grid.
If the grid is completely full, click the More>>> button to see more items.
Click the Add to Order button after highlighting (selecting) a line in the grid to add it to a Sales Order.
Click the Close button to close the Sales Catalog program.
