Go to Reports>>Community Inspection Report
This program will generate a summary report of inspections by community. The report will include Area and Community information on the following:
Passed
Failed
Inconclusive
No Conclusion
Missing
Emergency
Across the top of the program view are report options such as Preview and Print. For more information on toolbars, click here.
Enter or select an area number for the report or leave this field blank to generate a report including all areas and communities.
Enter or select a Community Number for the report or leave this field blank.
A Community Number cannot be selected if an area has not been selected
If an Area has been selected, leaving the community field blank will generate a report for all communities associated with the selected Area.
Enter or select a beginning date for last inspections for the report range.
Enter or select an ending date for last inspections for the report range.
Place a checkmark in this field if the tracking items are NOT to be included on the report.
The Follow-Up Only Mode checkbox will only work with a dictionary that is setup with "follow-up" items. When the dictionary in use does not support this feature, the report will be blank.
Enter a check mark in one or more of the following or leave all blank:
By default all of the status selections are checked. Uncheck one or more of the following options for the report:
