Go to Maintain>>Dictionary Books
This program is used to setup Dictionary Books for use in the Inspection module.
Add Other to All Items - This program will add a Deficiency Key of Other to all of the Ispectable Items for the selected Dictionary.
To setup a new book, enter a unique code or description.
For an existing dictionary enter or select a dictionary book code/description.
Enter up to 8 range of time frames for repairs in these fields, then enter the corresponding number of days for each description.
Lines that are not needed may be left blank
Enter the number of days for time frame 1 through 8, if applicable.
For example:
Time Frame 1 = 10 days Days = 10
Time Frame 2 = 15 days Days = 15
Time Frame 3 = 30 days Days = 30
Time Frame 4 = 60 days Days = 60
Enter the number of days to serve as the default time frame when none has been chosen.
