This program will display or allow entry of the following information for the selected Area and Community Number:

• Last Inspected

• Next Inspection Due

• Move Out Inspection Date

• Area

• Community

• Unit

• Address

General Selections

Area Number

Enter or select an Area Number for the grid.

Community Number

Enter or select a Community Number for the grid.

Grid

Last Inspect

The Last Inspection date for the unit may be displayed or if not available, may be entered.

Next Ins Due

The date the unit is due for its next inspection may be displayed or entered.

MO Insp Date

If the unit is due for a move out inspection the date will be displayed or it may be entered, if applicable.

Area

The Area Number for the unit will be displayed.

Comm

The Community Number for the unit will be displayed.

Unit

The Unit number will be displayed.

Address

The address of the unit will be displayed.

Rebuild Grid

Click the rebuild grid button to rebuild the grid based on the selections entered.
