Go to Activities>>Process Completed Inspections
This program will generate Inspection Reports, create Work Orders and Move Completed Inspections to History for the selected handheld, for completed inspections that were processed during the date range entered.
Enter or select an inspector's handheld number for the process.
Enter or select the beginning date for the process range.
Enter or select the ending date for the process range.
Place a check mark in the box if Work Orders are to be created during the process.
Place a check mark in the box if Work Order attachments should be printed.
Place a check mark in the box if you want the work order detail to print out on the attachment.
Click this button to select the printer to print out the work order attachments.
The selected printer will be displayed to the right of this button.
Place a check mark in the box if you want the main report printed.
Place a check mark in this box if detail should be included on the Main Report.
Click the Select Report Printer button to select the printer that the main report is to print out on.
The selected printer will be displayed to the right of the Select Report Printer button.
Place a check mark in the box if pictures are to be printed out.
Place a check mark in this box if completed inspections should be moved to history during this process.
Click the Process button to generate the Inspection Reports and any other selected options.
