Pull Section 8 Units

Section 8 Interface Process

This program will pull Section 8 units into the Inspection module based on the selections entered.

Project Selection <BLANK for ALL>

Project

Enter a Project number to restrict the process to units in that project.  Leave this field blank to include all Projects in the process.

Project Name

At this time Project Name should be left blank.

Date Selection

Using Date

Select one of the following date options:

• Last Inspection Date

• Next Reexamination Date

Date Range

Start Date

Enter or select a date for the beginning of the process range.

End Date

Enter or select a date for the ending of the process range.

Instant Scheduling Setup

Schedule Date

Enter or select a date.  This date will be the Scheduled Date shown in the Inspection Master.  This field may be left blank and scheduling of inspections may be done in one of the Inspection Scheduling options under Activities or within the Inspection Master.

Inspector

Select an Inspector for the pull.  All of the pulled inspections will be linked to this inspector.  

Handheld #

Select a Handheld number for the pull.

Process

Click the Process button to begin pulling Section 8 units into the Inspection module based on the selections entered.
