Scheduled Inspection Report

Scheduling Reports

This program will generate a report of Inspections that have been scheduled between the entered date range.  Other selection options for the report are Inspectors and Inspection Type.

Report Toolbar

Across the top of the program view are report options such as Preview and Print.  For more information on toolbars, click here.

Inspector Selection

Select one of the following options:

• <<All Inspectors>>

• Select an inspector by name

Schedule Date Range

Start Date

Enter or select a beginning date for the report date range.

End Date

Enter or select an ending date for the report date range.

Options

Inspection Type

Select one of the following Inspection Types:

• <<All Inspection Type>>

• Initial

• Annual

• Special

• Quality

• Move-Out

• Reinspection

• Sweep

Display/Order By

Click to place the selection "dot" in a circle in front of one of the following options:

• Unit Number

• Address

• Tenant

• Group

• Program

• Schedule Date

Report Toolbar

Click on one of the options on the Report Toolbar to generate the report:

• Preview

• Print

• Print with Setup

• Email

• Export

• Clear Selections
