How To Change Your Password in the Customer Portal

Follow these instructions to change your password in the Customer Portal.

NOTE:  Users must be setup with a login (usually their e-mail address) and a password by Horizon before they can log in to change the password.  Please call 814-535-7810 if you have not been setup or have forgotten your login information.

  1. There are three ways to access the Portal:
    1. In Horizon Modules that are version 16 and higher, go to HOME > Customer Portal
    2. From the internet browser, enter www.horizon-is.com/portal
    3. Click on the above link

Horizon Web Portal Login

  1. Enter your E-mail or Login information
  2. Enter your Password
  3. Press Submit
  4. When login information is accepted, the Horizon Customer Support Center opens.
  5. Press the Customer Info button at the top
  6. The Company section shows your company's address and phone number
  7. The Contact section shows your name, phone number and e-mail information
  8. Click your name in the Contact section
  9. Contact Info, For Customers and Login Info areas are displayed on this page
  10. Click the Change Password button at the bottom of the page
  11. The change password page will open
  12. Enter your Old Password
  13. Enter your New Password which must be at least 5 characters long
  14. Enter your new password again to Verify the Password
  15. Click the Submit button to finish
