Open Inspection Report

Go to Reports>>Open Inspections Report

This program will generate a report that will show inspections that have not passed for the program/inspector/group or dates that have been selected.

Report Toolbar

Across the top of the program view are report options such as Preview and Print.  For more information on toolbars, click here.

Program Selection

Select one of the following Programs from the drop down menu or leave at the default of <<All Programs>>.

• Section 8
• Public Housing

Select one of the following Types or leave at the default of <<All Types>>.

• Units
• Building/Sites

Inspector Selection

Select one of your Inspectors from the drop down list or leave at the default of <<All Inspectors>>.

Group Selection

Group Code

Enter or select a Group Code from the Group Browse or leave blank.

Description

The Description for  a selected Group Code will be displayed.

Last Inspection Date Selection

Start Date and End Date

Enter a Start and End Date for the report based on the last inspection dates to be included in the report.

Group By

Select one of the following options to group the report by:

• Inspector
• Last Status
• Group Code
• Inspection
