Located on upper right side of main function bar.
This program copies information from the main computer database to the handheld for inspection purposes and then copies the inspection information back to the main computer database.
Click within one of the circle to place the "dot" in one of the following selections:
Copy Information from Main System to Handheld
Copy Information from Handheld to Main System
Clicking on this button will bring up a settings box that should display the network path to the Inspection data on the server.
For example:
H:\HorizonSoftware\Data\C001
If the network path is missing or incorrect, enter or select the correct network path.
Caution:
Clicking the browse button to select a network path will remove the existing network information.
If the network path has been changed, click ok to confirm/accept the change.
If the network path is correct or if you do not want to save the changes made, click the cancel button. If you used the browse button, the network path will have been erased and clicking cancel will not restore it.
Enter or select the number of the handheld that inspection information will be copied to or from.
Enter or select the beginning date for the inspection range.
Enter or select the ending date of the inspection range.
After the direction and transfer information has been entered, click the synchronize button to copy inspection information from or to the handheld.
Clicking the cancel button will close the synchronization program without running the copy process.
