Online Waiting List Setup

Go to Settings>>Online Waiting List Setup

This program is used to setup and maintain an online application system.  Horizon should be contacted to assist in setting up this area and creating an online system for your Housing Authority.

• Send Information to Online Systems - This program will update the online application process with the information entered in Online Waiting List Setup.  The Online area must be created prior to sending the information.  Contact Horizon for assistance.

Main

Fill in the following information for the Online system:

• HA Code

• Name

• Address 1, 2 and 3

• Phone 1 and 2

• Password

• Reenter Password

• Email Address

Introduction

Enter a brief introduction to the online application system in this text window.

Instructions

Enter instructions for applicant's who will be filling out the application.

Link Information

Inline Frame Link Information

Information pertaining to linking the applications to the Waiting List is entered in this area prior to pressing the Create Link button.

Create Link

Press the Create Link button after entering the linking information.

Action Code Setup

Online Application Added:

Select an Action Code for Online Application Added.
