Online Application Review

Go to Activities>>Retrieve/Review Online Application

NOTE:  This program is only available when online applications have been setup.

Online applications are stored and can be reviewed, printed, pulled or removed using this program.  

Online Application Grid

The grid contains the following columns:

• Pull

• Remove

• Last Name an First Name

• Start Date, Start Time, Submit Date, Sumit Time

• Pin

• SSN

• Email Address

Double click on the applicant's name in the grid to print their application.

Review Online Applications

Click the Review Online Applications button to review applications that have been entered, but not pulled.

Show Only Completed

The Show Only Completed box is checked by default.  To view incomplete applications uncheck the box.

Pull Selected into New Application Area

Use this button to pull online applications, that have a check mark in the PULL checkbox, into a selected Application For area.

Pull Selected into Main Application Area

Use this button to pull applications, that have a check mark in the PULL checkbox, into the Application For that has been designated as the Main application area.

Remove Selected

Place a check mark in the Remove column and press the Remove Selected button to remove the online application.
