With the browse/lookup view open begin typing the information you want to select. The information you are typing will either show at the bottom of the view or in a box somewhere in the view. The information shown in the browse/lookup view will snap to the information you are keying in.
Typing in your selection does not work with drop down menus.
Once you have entered the information you want to select you may:
Press the enter key.
double click on the correct information
click on the select button
tab to activate the select button and enter.
All of these selection processes closes the browse view and shows the selected information in the field.
