Go to Settings>>Global Table Maintenance.
This program will allow users to add/maintain some of the drop down tables within the programs.
New type codes should only be added by Horizon personnel or when instructed to by Horizon personnel.
Existing Type codes may have information added to the table grids.
To review types that are available, press F8 or F9 to see the first available table. Continue to scroll through the tables with F7 (back) or F8 (forwards)

APRECUR-01
This table is used in AP Recurring Entry and contains Group information. New codes and groups may be added using this program. Codes should not be deleted from any table unless instructed to by Horizon Information Help Desk or Implementation Specialist.
The description for the type code will be displayed in this field.
Comments may be added by the user.
The Codes and Descriptions that have already been entered will be displayed. Enter new codes and descriptions to the end of the list. The code should not exceed a maximum of 6 characters. A longer code will cause errors in the program.
