Step 2: Process the Final Payroll of 2025

Before Processing Make Sure

1. Every pay with a 2025 check/ACH date is included. The following are included if dated in 2025:
   1. Regular payroll
   2. Bonus Checks
   3. Adjustments
   4. Corrections
   5. Third-party Sick Pay
2. Totals and reports for the last 2025 payroll are correct.

Process the Final 2025 Pay

1. Use your normal payroll process to process the final pay. 
2. Once this is done, you are ready to close 2025 payroll.
