Reset a Landlord Password for the Document Viewer

Once a landlord has been setup for Document Viewer, they may change their password directly on the website.

If a landlord updates their password on the website, the information will not be updated in the Section 8 program.

If a landlord does loose their password, reset/Therefore, if a landlord loses their password, you will have to reset it from the Section 8 Module.

NAVIGATION: ACTIVITIES menu > Landlord Master

  1. Select the landlord using the LANDLORD NUMBER or SORT KEY fields.
  2. Go to the DIRECT DEPOSIT/ONLINE ACCESS tab.
  3. Weblogin: do not change this field
  4. Password: enter a new password.
    1. This can be a random password you create or one provided by the landlord.
  5. Click APPLY
  6. Send the New Password to the DocumentViewer
    1. Go to QUICK LINKS menu > Online Processes > Reset Landlord Password @DocumentViewer.net
  7. This will update the password so the landlord can log in.
  8. Inform the landlord of the new password.
