Horizon Support Portal - Change Your Password

Follow these instructions to change your password in the Horizon Support Portal.

NOTE:  Users must be setup with a login (usually their e-mail address) and a password by Horizon before they can log in to change the password.  Please call 814-535-7810 if you have not been setup or have forgotten your login information.

Change Password

  1. Access the Horizon Support Portal
    1. In Version 11 programs, select Help > Create a Ticket in the upper right corner.
    2. 2.In Version 16 programs, select Support > Create a Ticket in the upper right corner.
    3. Or, click the link: https://support.horizon-is.com/scripts/texcel/customerwise/clogin.dll
  2. Log in by entering your email address.
  3. Enter your password.
    1. NOTE: Unless you have changed your password, the default is horizon. We highly recommend changing your password from the default after entering the portal.
  4. Click SUBMIT
  5. Click on the tab labeled CUSTOMER at the top of the screen.
    1. The Company section shows your company's address and phone number
    2. The Contact section shows your name, phone number and e-mail information
  6. Click your name in the Contact section
  7. In the right hand corner, click on the Change Password button.
  8. Enter existing password.
  9. Enter and verify new password.
  10. Click Submit in the right hand corner. The system will redirect you to the Contact Info screen.
  11. Click Submit, and close the Contact tab at the top of the page.
  12. Log out and back in using your new password.

Can't Remember Your Password?

  1. Access the Horizon Support Portal
    1. In Version 11 programs, select Help > Create a Ticket in the upper right corner.
    2. 2.In Version 16 programs, select Support > Create a Ticket in the upper right corner.
    3. Or, click the link: https://support.horizon-is.com/scripts/texcel/customerwise/clogin.dll
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Leave the password field blank.
  4. Click SUBMIT
  5. Check the box “I forgot my password…”
  6. Click SUBMIT
  7. A new password will be securely emailed to you.
    1. NOTE: If you do not enter the correct email address, the “I forgot my password…” box will not populate. Please call notify your Contact Admin.
