Tax Tracking List

This list will show tax information that has been setup and tracked in the unit master, based on the selection criteria entered.

NAVIGATION: LISTS menu > Landlord Listings > Tax Tracking

  1. Project
    1. Select a Project for the list
    2. leave blank for generate a list for all projects
  2. Project Name: When a Project is selected, the Project Name will be displayed.
  3. Start Date: enter or select a beginning date for the date range.
  4. End Date: enter or select an ending date for the date range.
  5. Caseworker
    1. Enter or select a Caseworker Code to generate a task listing for the tenants assigned to the Caseworker
    2. Leave the Caseworker Code blank to generate a task listing for all tenants
    3. When a Caseworker Code is selected, the name or the Caseworker will be displayed.
  6. Group by Caseworker: Enter a check mark in the box if the list is to be grouped by Caseworkers.
  7. Sort by: Place the selecting "dot" in front of one of the following options:
    1. Tenant Number
    2. Tenant Name
    3. Landlord Number
  8. Tax Year: Enter the Tax Year for the list, this is a required selection option.
  9. Not Paid Only: Check mark the Not Paid Only checkbox to generate a list that does not include paid tax information.
  10. Create Merge Interface
    1. Enter a check mark in this field before running the report to have the report information available to print batch letter or forms based on this report.
    2. Preview or print this report and then go to Batch Letters and Forms and press the Build from Last Report button to populate the grid
    3. Create Merge Interface
  11. Preview or print the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options).
