How to Setup a Landlord or Tenant for Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit information can be entered in the following areas:

Section 8 Tenant Master

If you are entering or editing direct deposit information for one or more tenants, the information may be entered directly into the Tenant Master.

Go to Maintain>>Tenants (Active)

To stop paying the tenant through direct deposit, remove the direct deposit information and Save.

Section 8 Landlord Master

If you are setting up direct deposit information for one or more landlords, the information may be entered in the Landlord Master.  

Go to Maintain>>Landlords

To stop paying the Landlord through direct deposit, enter a checkmark in Disable Direct Deposit and Save.

Section 8 Agent Master

If you are entering direct deposit information for one or more agents, the information may be entered in the Section 8 Agent Master.

Go to Maintain>>Agent Master

To stop paying the agent through direct deposit, remove the direct deposit information and Save.

Tenant Direct Deposit Update Grid

The Tenant Deposit Update Grid is a convenient way to enter direct deposit information for multiple tenants.  Information can also be setup for a single tenant.

Go to Tools>>Tenant Direct Deposit Entry Grid

Landlord Direct Deposit Update Grid

The Landlord Deposit Update Grid is a convenient way to enter direct deposit information for multiple landlords.  Information can also be entered for a single landlord.
