Section 8 Task View

Go to Inquiries>>Section 8 Task View

This program will display tasks that have been entered for tenants in the Tenant Master.  The displayed tasks may be for a selected Project or for all Projects.  Tasks can be restricted to those in progress by checking the box.  The Tenant Task can be opened by clicking on the yellow "in Progress" flag.

Selections

Project

Select a Project for the inquiry or leave blank for all projects.

In Progress Only

To show tasks with a Status of In Progress, check the In Progress Only box.

Refresh

Press the Refresh button after making selections, if needed, to refresh the report view.

Report Grid

The gird will display the following information for tenant tasks:

• Last Name

• First Name

• Community

• Tenant

• Current Action

• Effective Date

• Status - Tasks with a status of In Progress will be highlighted in yellow
