Job Note List

This report will show you the daily notes staff entered during the job entry process.

NAVIGATION: TRANSACTIONS menu > Job Processes > Job Note List

  1. In the DATE SELECTION fields, enter the start and end date.
  2. To view the notes for all consumers and all employees, leave the fields blank.
  3. To view the notes for one specific consumer, select the consumer.
  4. To view the notes multiple consumers, check the MULTIPLE CONSUMERS box.
    1. The Multiple Consumer Selection grid will appear.
    2. Select the consumer by last name or case number.
    3. Click ADD CONSUMER button. The consumer name will appear in the grid.
    4. To remove a consumer from the grid, select the consumer by last name or case number.  Click REMOVE CONSUMER. 
  5. To view the notes for a specific employee, select the employee.
  6. To view the notes for a specific case manager, select the case manager ID.
  7. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN REPORT icon.
    1. When the report is ready to review, a prompt will appear that says the report is complete. 
    2. Click YES to open the report in a new window.
    3. If you do not click notify, you will need to access the report from your dashboard and it will open in the same window.
