Missing Residential Services List

This report is for residential day services. The report will show any consumers that have authorized residential services entered in their service plans but do not have an attendance entry on a specific day. You should review any items on this report to determine whether or not an attendance entry needs to be added before billing. If everything is accurate, the report will be blank.

NAVIGATION: BILLING/AR menu > Billing Preparation

  1. On the left side of the screen, select the MISSING SERVICE LIST icon.
  2. In the FACILITY field, select a facility. If you leave this field blank, it will process the report for all active facilities.
  3. Enter the begin and end date in the SERVICE DATE RANGE field. Remember, be sure to use the same date range throughout the entire billing process.
  4. In the PROGRAM field, select PROMISe.
  5. If you want to limit the report to a specific service being provided, select the service code in the SERVICE field.
  6. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN REPORT icon. 
    1. When the report is ready to review, a prompt will appear that says the report is complete. 
    2. Click YES to open the report in a new window.
    3. If you do not click notify, you will need to access the report from your dashboard and it will open in the same window.
  7. If you want to create an Excel file, check the EXPORT TO FILE box before you process the report.
    1. The report will display on the screen and the file will be available on your dashboard so you can download/save it to your computer.
