Revenue Reconciliation Report

This report will give you the total amount of revenue that will be posted after the billing process is complete. The total (after amounts already in AR) should match the Posting Report from the Create Accounts Receivable step. Save this report for future reference and comparison.

NAVIGATION: BILLING/AR menu > Billing Preparation

  1. On the left side of the screen, select the REVENUE RECONCILIATION REPORT icon.
  2. In the INSURANCE GROUP field, select the insurance you are processing.
  3. Enter the begin and end date in the SERVICE DATE RANGE fields.
  4. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN PROCESS button.
  5. If you want to create an Excel file, check the EXPORT TO FILE button before you process the report. The report will display on the screen and the file will be available on your dashboard so you can download/save it to your computer.
