
General Ledger Tables
The information in this area needs set-up to link the billing information to your general ledger accounts. If you use the Horizon financial package, the system will link to the financial module to populate your general ledger entries. If you use a separate financial software, the system will provide you with reports that you will need to use to manual enter the information into your financial software.
This topic includes the checkbook master, account types, and GL account master.
Checkbook Master
Every checking account that your organization uses needs set-up in the system. As you process billing and cash receipts, you can select which checkbook the money is deposited into.
