Master tables are used to set-up the payors, facilities, service codes, etc. that drive the features and processes in the system.

During the implementation process, we will work with you to set-up the master tables to meet your organization's needs.

As new locations, employees, or services are added within your organization, the appropriate master table would need updated.

Only system administrators are able to edit master tables.

It is important to remember that system administrators have full access and control of the system. Remind those users to be cautious of changing information in the master tables as it may affect system processes. For example, if a change was made to a payor set-up, it could cause a problem in the billing process.
