Service Code Master
Every service your organization provides needs set-up in the service code master table. During the implementation process, we make sure all service codes are set-up. As new codes are added or removed, the service code master would need updated.
The information in this area drives services listed in the system. If the information is not completed properly, system processes may not work properly. Work with your Horizon representative during implementation to make sure you understand what information you need to maintain for each of your service codes. Submit a Help Desk ticket if you need assistance with master table set-up.
