Service Code Master

Every service your organization provides must be set up in the Service Code Master table. During implementation, Horizon helps set up your service codes. If new codes are added or removed later, this table must be updated.

The information entered here controls how services appear and how billing works. If it is not set up correctly, system processes may not work properly.

If you are unsure about any settings, contact the Help Desk ticket for assistance.
