Stratus Mobile App Troubleshooting Guide

Password Problems

  1. Make sure you have a capital letter, lower case letter, number, and symbol
  2. If the app won’t sync → reset your password from the app; don't change your password from the web
  3. Make sure saved passwords (Google, fingerprint, Face ID) are updated.

Zoom / Screen Resolution

  1. If a button won’t click → Zoom settings may be ON.
  2. Fix: Turn Zoom OFF, reopen the app, and try again.

Location / GPS Tracking

  1. Location must be ON for visits to record correctly.
  2. Access Device Location: When you first open the app, it will prompt you to allow location access.
  3. Tap Allow While Using App.
  4. If you select Don’t Allow, EVV entries will NOT capture service start/end locations.
  5. Location is only tracked when you Start and Stop an EVV entry.

Clear StratusMobile App Cache

Sometimes you need to clear the app cache to see updates.

  1. Apple (iPhone/iPad):
    1. Open Settings
    2. Go to General → iPhone Storage
    3. Find and tap StratusMobile app
    4. Tap Clear Data
    5. Tap Clear Cache
  2. Android:
    1. Open Settings
    2. Go to Apps → See All
    3. Find and tap StratusMobile app
    4. Go to Data
    5. Tap Clear Data
    6. Tap Clear Cache
