
DASHBOARD
The dashboard is the home page of the system. Each user has their own dashboard.
NAVIGATION: QUICK LAUNCH tool bar > Dashboard icon
The default sections on the dashboard include:

MY REPORTS/PROCESSES: this area will track the processes and reports that the user runs. By default, the DATE RANGE is Today. Use the drop down to select the last three days, last seven days, last 30 days, and ALL.

BILLING: if the user has access to billing information, a current billing summary will appear with the amount waiting to bill, new billing, accounts receivable, and cash receipts.

WAITING TO BILL: The amount shown represents any services entered in the system that have not been billed yet. As staff enter services, this amount will continue to change. To see the details of the services, run the Service Detail by Promise Status.

NEW BILLING: The amount shown represents the amount of the billing ready to submit when the Unauthorized Service Listing process is completed. When AR is created, this amount will reset to zero.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: The amount shown represents the amount of AR when the Create AR process is completed.

CASH RECEIPTS: The amount shown represents the amount of cash received in the system - either through a 835 payment or cash receipt entered.

MY ALERTS: if the user has entered services but it has not been completed, this list will show what information is missing (i.e., missing status, missing documentation, etc.).

MY MESSAGE LIST: messages can be sent in the system between users. The messages will appear in this section. Click on the subject of the message to view the content. You can reply to the sender by clicking the REPLY button.

MY ACTIVE LIST: the consumers that the user has access to will appear in this list.

MY LAST WEEK: this grid will show the services the user provided during the last week.

MY SERVICE COUNT: this displays a pie chart of the services the user provided during the last month.
To update the dashboard information, click the REFRESH DASHBOARD link on the top right of the screen.
The dashboard can be customized by organization. Submit a Help Desk ticket for changes to your dashboard.
