
Consumer Service Tracking
This section in the Consumer Master will allow you to see a list of all the services provided to the consumer during a certain time frame. This is for lookup/reference only and no changes can be made to the records.
NAVIGATION: MAINTAIN menu > Consumers > Action panel > Tracking Actions > Service
- Select a consumer by typing the case number in the CASE NUMBER field or use the browse button to view the list of all consumers. You can also tab to the LAST NAME field and begin typing the last name to select from a list of consumers.
- In the Action panel, Tracking Actions section click the SERVICE icon.
- The SERVICE TRACKING dialog box will appear with a complete list of all services.
- You can narrow the list by dates, facility, service, and payor. Enter the information and click the REBUILD button.
- Click on any column heading to change the sort order of the list. You will note a small black triangle next to the column name to designate which item you are sorting on. An upward triangle indicates that you are sorting in ascending order (A Z), while a downward triangle indicates you are sorting in descending order (Z A).
