Attachment Categories Master

In the Stratus Rep Payee Enterprise version, the Client Master and Vendor Master include an Attachments tab that allows you to upload scanned documents to a specific client or vendor. If you use this feature, you can setup categories to filter and group the attachments, i.e., income, ID cards, etc.  Different categories can be setup for clients and vendors using the Module ID field.

Setup Client Category

NAVIGATIONMAINTAIN menu > Master Tables > Miscellaneous Tables > Categories Master

  1. CODE
    1. The category code is an internal tracking number. You will not see this code. However the category selection will be listed in order by this code alphabetically. Assign the code by how you want them listed is best option such as a shorten version of full description.
    2. Type a code from one (1) to 15 characters
  2. Module ID: Select RP Rep Payee for a client category
  3. Description
    1. Type a description for the attachment category; up to 30 characters
    2. This description will display in the Client Master Attachments tab
  4. Click SAVE

 The new category will not display until you log out of the system and log back in.  Log out, then back in to see the new codes available to use.

Setup Vendor Category

NAVIGATIONMAINTAIN menu > Master Tables > Miscellaneous Tables > Categories Master

  1. CODE

    2. Type a code from one (1) to 15 characters
  2. Module ID: enter or select FS Financials for a vendor category
  3. Description
    1. Type a description for the attachment category; up to 30 characters
    2. This description will display in the Client Master Attachments tab
  4. Click SAVE

 The new category will not display until you log out of the system and log back in.  Log out, then back in to see the new codes available to use.
