Dashboard

The dashboard will show the history of activities you have processed in the system. Each user has their own dashboard that only the user can view.

NAVIGATION: QUICK LAUNCH tool bar > Dashboard icon OR SYSTEM menu > Dashboard

  1. Filter by Type: use the filter to restrict the list shown in your dashboard
    1. Report: any report in the system will display if filtered by Report
    2. Process: postings and exports will display
  2. Filter by Process: use the filter to restrict the list shown in your dashboard
  3. Date Range: By default, the DATE RANGE is Today. Use the drop down to select the last three days, last seven days, last 30 days, and ALL to review your history.
  4. Refresh Dashboard
    1. To update the dashboard information, click the REFRESH DASHBOARD link on the top right of the screen.
    2. The system automatically updates at set intervals.  You can click this link to force a refresh.
  5. Export File
    1. You can generate files from the system (i.e., positive pay file, Deluxe echeck upload, exports).
    2. After the process is complete, a paperclip will display in this column.
    3. Click the paperclip to download the file and then save to your computer.
  6. Process/Report Name: displays the name of the process or report generated
  7. Status: the status will change from the time submitted to completed. Statuses include Submitted (waiting to be processed); In Queue (next in line to be processed); In Progress (in process); Completed (process/report is completed and you can click the Name link to open).
  8. Submit Date: date you submitted the process/report
  9. Submit Time: time you submitted the process/report
  10. Selections: some reports will show the date range and selections for the report
  11. Running Status: when the Status column shows Completed, this column will display Process Completed
  12. Delete
    1. If you run a report that is not want you wanted, you can delete the line from your dashboard.
    2. Click the trash can for the line you want to delete
