Change Your Password

A default password will be given to all users to access Stratus Cloud Rep Payee Solution.

Horizon strongly recommended that all users change their password the first time they log into the system.

NAVIGATION: SYSTEM menu > Change Password

  1. In the CURRENT PASSWORD field, type your current password.
  2. In the NEW PASSWORD field, type what you want your new password to be changed to.
  3. Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters and contain at least one (1) of the following:
    1. Lowercase letter
    2. Uppercase letter
    3. Number
    4. Special character @ # $ % ^ & * 
  4. In the REENTER NEW PASSWORD field, type your new password again to confirm.
  5. Click the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
  6. The next time you log into the system, use the new password.
