Client Master - Types of Client Information

The Client Master allows you to track a wide variety of information about your clients.  The list below provides a summary of the information you can track and the Client Master tab to enter the information.

  1. Access Card number (General tab)
  2. Address (Address tab)
  3. Attachments (Attachments tab)
  4. BSU case number (General tab)
  5. Checkbook, petty cash account, gift cards (Pay Groups - Main tab)
  6. Client Status (Main tab)
  7. Date of admission (General tab)
  8. Date of birth (General tab)
  9. Date of discharge (General tab)
  10. Deceased date (General tab)
  11. House Information (Main tab)
  12. Medicare number (General tab)
  13. Notes (Notes tab)
  14. Program Information (Main tab)
  15. Recurring Expenses (Recurring Expenses tab)
  16. Recurring Income (Recurring Income tab)
  17. Rep Payee Client (Main tab)
  18. Social security number (General tab)

Additional Tracking

The Stratus Rep Payee Enterprise subscription includes all the Starter level tracking and these additional items.

  1. Assets (Assets tab)
    1. The assets tab can be used to track physical assets, trusts, various accounts with a balance, etc.  Asset types needs setup before you can assign assets to the client.
  2. Employment Information (Employment tab)
  3. Guardian Contact Information (Guardian tab)
    1. This tab allows you to enter the guardian information for the client.  If you do not track guardians, you can also use this screen to track various contacts for the client.
  4. Miscellaneous Client Information (Tracking tab)
    1. The Tracking tab in the Client Master allows you track user-defined information about your clients.  You can setup tracking types for any information you want to monitor and track about your clients.
