Work with Attachments

The attachments tab functions the same in the Client Master or the Vendor Master.

Add an Attachment

NAVIGATION: MAINTAIN menu > Client Master or Vendor Master

  1. Open the Attachments tab on either the Client or Vendor Master.
  2. On the right hand side, find the section labeled Attachment Actions.
  3. Click the UPLOAD ATTACH button.
  4. Enter the Date, Title, Category, and any applicable Comments.
  5. Click the attachment (paperclip) icon to select the file you wish to upload.
  6. OR you can drag and drop the file onto the 'Upload Attachment' window.
  7. Click OK to upload.

View an Attached Document

  1. Open the ATTACHMENTS tab on either the Client or Vendor Master.
  2. In the Filters section, you can filter the displayed attachments by category and/or date. The section can be collapsed by clicking the the round dash button in the upper right corner of the box.
  3. Once you locate the document, click on the link in the FILE NAME column.  

Edit Attachment Details

  1. Open the ATTACHMENTS tab on either the Client or Vendor Master.
  2. In the Filters section, you can filter the displayed attachments by category and/or date. The section can be collapsed by clicking the the round dash button in the upper right corner of the box.
  3. Once you locate the document, click on the title of the attachment in the TITLE column.  
  4. In the Attachment Actions section, click the EDIT ATTACH button.
  5. Modify the attachment details, i.e., date, title, category, comments.  
  6. Click OK.

Delete an Attachment

  1. If you want to delete the document, single click it and press the red X as shown in the picture above.
