Visual Cues
This Help Manual uses visual cues to guide you through the information. Below is the function of each cue:
NAVIGATION: this shows how to navigate the menus for the topic being reviewed.
Every command is written as MAINTAIN menu > Clients.
Maintain menu would be the first click; clients would be the second click.
TIP: general suggestions to ensure the data in the system is maintained properly.
REQUIRED STEP/CAUTION: the step outlined must be completed in order for system processes and functions to work properly. Caution if the process will affect other areas.
