Client Listing

This report will give you a list of clients setup in the Client Master. The information pulls from the Client Master. If any edits are needed, update the Client Master record.

NAVIGATION: LISTS menu > Rep Payee Lists > Client Listing

  1. Pay Group: enter or select the paygroup you want to review the client list; leave the field blank for ALL paygroups
  2. House: enter or select the house (house must be assigned in the Client Master > Main tab)
  3. Program: enter or select the program (program must be assigned in the Client Master > Main tab)
  4. Status: the system will default to Active; use the drop down to select Inactive or All (both active and inactive)
  5. Sort Order: the system will default to Client Number order; use the dropdown to change the sort order by client name or house number
  6. Report Mode: the summary report includes client, social security number, date of birth, admission date, status, identifying numbers, house and program. The detail report includes the address.
  7. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN REPORT icon.
  8. Preview, print, or save the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)
