Transaction Code Listing

When you process income/expenses, you select what kind of transaction the entry is. If you want to run reports on an income type or an expense type, setup a transaction code for it. At a minimum, there needs to be an income code and an expense code but you can add as many codes that you need.

NAVIGATION: LISTS menu > Rep Payee Lists > Transaction Code Listing

  1. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN REPORT icon.
  2. Preview, print, or save the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)
  3. To edit a code, follow the steps in Transaction Code Master
