Category Summary Report

This report will give a one page summary for each client by transaction code category for the time frame selected.

NAVIGATION: REPORTS menu > Other Reports > Category Summary

  1. In the CLIENT NUMBER field, type the client number or use the magnifying glass to browse and select the client.  Leave blank for ALL CLIENTS.
  2. Enter the start date and end date in the DATE INFORMATION section.
  3. Select the CLIENT TYPE - All Clients, Rep Payee, Non Rep Payee
  4. Select the SORT ORDER - client name OR client number
  5. Select the STATUS - active/inactive
  6. If you want to include inactive clients in the report, check the INCLUDE INACTIVE CLIENTS field.  The report will always include active clients.
  7. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN REPORT icon.
  8. Preview, print, or save the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)

 For this report to process properly, a CATEGORY needs selected when setting up a transaction code. Review Transaction Code Master
