Utility Consumption Allowance Table

This program is used to setup and maintain utility consumption allowance codes and amounts for electric, gas or water utility allowances by month and bedroom size.  After a Utility Consumption Allowance code and table are setup, the code should be selected in the Community Master on the Enhanced Utility tab under Consumption Setup.

NAVIGATION: MAINTAIN menu > Utility Consumption Tables > Allowance Table

1. Consumption Allowance Code
   1. Enter a new unique code for an allowance table or
   2. Select an existing Consumption Allowance Code to review or update information for a selected utility type.
2. Type of Utility: Select one of the following from the drop down list:
   1. Electric
   2. Gas
   3. Water
3. Allowance Amounts
   1. Enter a utility Allowance Amount for each month and bedroom size in the table.
   2. Continue to enter amounts for each month and bedroom size.
   3. For example: For January enter a utility allowance for each bedroom size 0 through 6.  
4. Click SAVE
