Create an FSS Participant/Enrollment

NAVIGATION: ACTIVITIES menu > Tenant Master

  1. In the Last Name field, enter the last name of the tenant and select from the list.
  2. If the file is in "read only" mode go to Quick Link > Unlock Tenant File.
  3. Select a Tracking Code and/or enter a modified description and click Save
  4. Click the FSS tab
    1. Check the box beside Is Tenant FSS Participant now or in last year
    2. Enter or select the FSS Start date
    3. Enter or select the FSS End date
    4. Click APPLY
  5. Go to Quick Link > FSS Worksheet
    1. Click Create FSS Entry button after removing the default date, if applicable
      1. When the FSS Worksheet program is opened, the date will default to the Effective Date on the Tenant Master.
      2. If this date is not the same as the FSS Start Date, remove the date leaving it blank and press the Create FSS Entry button.
    2. Enter the Effective Date of Change this should be the same date as the FSS Start date  (enrollment date)
    3. Report Type should default to Enrollment, if not, select Enrollment
    4. Complete the information on the General tab, except for FSS Account Information
    5. Click APPLY
  6. Click Family Services1 tab
    1. Complete the information on this tab
    2. Click APPLY
  7. Click Family Services2 tab
    1. Complete the information on this tab
    2. Click APPLY
  8. Click Escrow Worksheet tab
    1. Verify the information on this tab page
    2. Click the Print Worksheet button
    3. Click APPLY
  9. Go to Quick Link > Create FSS Record
    1. After the 50058 has been created with no errors, if the validation box asks to print the 50058 now, click Yes to open the 50058 Forms (FSS Worksheet) dialog box
  10. Go to Quick Link > Rent/FSS > FSS Worksheet to open the 50058 Forms (FSS Worksheet) box
    1. The newly created 50058 should be highlighted
    2. The Type should be 8, FSS/WTW Addendum Only
    3. Select Preview or Print
    4. Close the 50058 Forms (FSS Worksheet) after printing if it is still open
    5. Close the Tenant Management FSS Worksheet view
  11. From Tenant Master, If the tenant's file is in "Edit Mode" go to Quick Link > Lock Tenant File to return to "Read Only" mode.
    1. Thereafter, when viewing the Tenant Management FSS Worksheet screen, it will default the Effective Date of Change to the Eff Date from the Tenant Master > Main tab.  
  12. Tab through or click on any tab page to view FSS information.
  13. Click SAVE
