AMP Master

This program is used to setup AMP codes and interface information.

NAVIGATION: MAINTAIN menu > Location Tables > AMP Master

1. AMP Code: Enter an AMP code of up to three (3) digits or select an existing AMP code to view or edit.
2. Description
   1. Enter a description for a new AMP code.  
   2. When a valid AMP code has been selected the description will be displayed and may be edited.
3. General Information: Enter the following general information for the AMP:
   1. Supervisor
   2. Letter Title
   3. Phone Number
   4. Fax Number
4. Interfacing Tab: Interface Setup
   1. Customer Number: Enter a customer number for the AMP Code
   2. General Ledger Fill Defaults: Segment 1 through 9
   3. Enter the general ledger auto fill information into the appropriate segment.
5. Click SAVE
