Rent Roll Reports

Monthly Rent Roll Report

This report is designed for Multi Family and Tax Credit properties only, so any Area designated as Conventional Public Housing will not be a valid option.

NAVIGATION: REPORTS ACCOUNTING menu > Current Activity Reporting > Rent Roll > Monthly Rent Roll

Community Based Report

  1. Pre Selection - Select Community Based
  2. With a pre selection type of Community Based the following Community Selections will be available.
    1. Area Number: enter or select the area; leave blank to see all areas
    2. Community Number: enter or select the community; leave blank to see all communities
      1. A community cannot be selected if the Area Number was left blank.
  3. Enter an effective date. System pulls the report based on the Effective Date in the Rent Calculation
  4. Preview or print the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options).

AMP Based Report

  1. Pre Selection - Select AMP Based
  2. Enter or select an AMP Code for the report or leave this field blank to generate a report showing all AMP code information.
  3. When a valid AMP Code is selected its Description will be displayed in this field.
  4. Enter an effective date. System pulls the report based on the Effective Date in the Rent Calculation
  5. Preview or print the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options).

Report Information

The report will display the Community selected and the following columns:  Unit Number, Tenant Name, Bedroom Size (BS), HUD Unit Number, Next Reexamination Date (Next RX), Contract Rent (C-Rent), Tenant Rent (T-Rent), HAP, Gross Rent (G-Rent), Square Footage of unit (SqFT) for Tax Credit only, and Unit % for Tax Credit only.

  1. The report will give a total number of tenants, as well as total/average amounts for Contract Rent, Tenant Rent, HAP, and Gross Rent.
  2. The HUD Unit Number and Square Footage are located in the unit Master
  3. The Unit % is located in the Tax Credit Rent Calculation
