Move Out/Transfer Reason Codes

This program is used to set up and maintain move-out and transfer reason codes used in the Tenant Move Out and Transfer Wizards or selected in the Tenant Master.

NAVIGATION: MAINTAIN menu > General Tables > Move-Out/Transfer Codes

1. Code: enter or select an existing code to view/edit or enter a new unique move-out or transfer code.
2. Description
   1. For a new code, enter a descriptive name.  
   2. For an existing code that has been selected, the name will be shown and may be edited.
3. Form Specific Codes
   1. 50059 links must be added to transfer and reason codes that will be used for Section 8/50059 tenants, to facilitate proper coding on the 50059 and 50059 A forms.  
   2. If the transfer/move-out reason code is not to be used to a 50059 tenant, do not assign a link.
   3. 50059 Link: select one of the following 50059 move-out or termination reasons if applicable:
      1. Not Used
      2. MO - Owner Initiated for Non-Payment of Rent
      3. MO - Owner Initiated for Other Than Non-Payment of Rent
      4. MO - Tenant Initiated
      5. MO - Death of Sole Family Member
      6. TE - TI (TTP)
      7. TE - TC (Citizenship)
      8. TE - TR (Late Re-Certification)
      9. TE - TF (Refused/False Data)
      10. TE - CE (Expired, Not Renewed)
      11. TE - ST (Ineligible Student)
      12. TE - DS (Double Subsidy)
4. Click SAVE
