
Security Deposit Register Report
This program will generate a security deposit register based on the selection information. Tenants will be grouped by community. The report includes the following:
- Effective Date
- Area Number, Community Number and Community Name
- Unit Number and Tenant Number
- Tenant Name
- Tenant Status
- Rent security deposit code, required and held amounts
- Pet security deposit code, required and held amounts
- Rent security deposit interest code, required and held amounts
- Pet security deposit interest code, required and held amounts
- FSS escrow code, required and held amounts
- Totals print at the end of the report
NAVIGATION: REPORTS ACCOUNTING menu > Historical Reporting > Security Deposit Register
OR
NAVIGATION: END OF MONTH > Pre-Closing Reports > Security Deposit Register
- Area Number: enter or select the area; leave blank to see all areas
- Community Number: enter or select the community; leave blank to see all communities
- A community cannot be selected if the Area Number was left blank.
- Effective Date: enter or select an Effective Date for the report. The effective date selected will print as part of the report header.
- Status Selection: select one of the following status options for the report:
- All Tenants
- Active Tenants
- Vacant Tenants
- Sort Order: select one of the following orders for the generated report:
- Unit Order
- Alpha Within Community
- Check Boxes: Check mark one or more of the following report options:
- Print Tenant Address
- Do NOT Page Break by Community
- Print Only Tenants with S/D Balance
- Enhanced Merge Create Merge Interface: Enter a check mark in this field before running the report to have the report information available to print batch letter or forms based on this report.
- Preview or print this report and then go to Batch Letters and Forms and press the Build from Last Report button to populate the grid
- Preview or print the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options).
