Rebuild Tenant Accounting Interface

Go to Utilities>>Build General Ledger Interface

This program will recreate general ledger information for tenant management for the month specified.

Caution:

If tenant management general ledger information has already been interfaced, the general ledger information may be duplicated if it is rebuilt and interfaced a second time.  Please call the Horizon Help Desk if you need assistance before running this program.

Date Selections

End Date

Enter the last day of the month that is to be built.

DO NOT Clear Interface

Enter a check mark in the box if the process should not wipe out the information already in the interface.

Create

Click the create button to begin the process of recreating tenant management general ledger information.

During the process the following information box will be shown while the general ledger information is cleared:

The next information box will be for the creation of general ledger information:

The following information box will be shown when the process is finished:

Click OK

Close

Click the Close button to close the program without creating Tenant Management general ledger information.
