Tenant Management Snapshot Report

The Tenant Management Snapshot Report will a summary by location with drill down ability to see:

  1. Accounting Summary
  2. Security Deposit Analysis
  3. Unit Analysis
  4. Work Order Analysis
  5. Collection Loss
  6. Legal Status Counts
  7. Unit Turnaround
  8. Vacancy Analysis
  9. Tenant Re-Exam, Interim and Late Re-Exam counts.

This report will display figures as of the day it is run.  

NAVIGATION: END OF MONTH > Pre-Closing Reports > Snapshot Report

  1. Area Number: enter or select the area; leave blank to see all areas
  2. Community Number: enter or select the community; leave blank to see all communities
    1. A community cannot be selected if the Area Number was left blank.
  3. Preview or print the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options).
    1. The report prints on legal size paper (8  1/2 x 14).

This report is only available when Tenant Management Settings > Cash Receipts Setup has the Cash Receipt Mode set to Class Mode.
