To browse or search for information to enter in a field click the browse button 
on the right side of the field.
When the browse box appears you may search for the information needed by one of the following methods:
Begin to type in the information. A text box will be appear in the bottom left corner with the text you are typing. The highlight line will go to the closest match for the text. The first column on the left is the default for the text match, unless you click on another column header. The >> marks the column the text will try to match.
You may use the scroll bar on the right side to view all the information in the browse box. 
Click the 
arrows on the scroll bar or click in the space below or above the arrows to view more information.
Once the information is highlighted, press the select button or double click the highlighted line.
