Located under Help are the following:
When selected from the help menu, the main help file for the module will be pulled up for the user. Books on the right side can be double clicked upon to open them and topics stored under them can also be double clicked to open and view them on the right side of the help file.
When selected from the help menu, the What's New help file will be bought up for the user to show program update information.
When selected from the help menu, the How To help file contains topics pertaining to how to perform certain tasks within the module.
If you have contacted the Horizon Help desk, you may be instructed to use our Remote Support Tools to allow the Help Desk person to assist you. This tool will allow them to watch and take control of your computer, if necessary, to address the issue you have reported to them.
Select this menu option to launch the MyHorizonSupport.com Web App. Your support person will give you a code to enter, then click on the arrow. Windows will ask for your permission to download and run this tool. Click on "Run", "Allow", "Yes" or "OK" on messages that appear while waiting to connect.
Displays a help file on keystrokes for use within the modules.
Displays information about the module such as name, version number and author.
When you place a support call, the help desk personal may need the version number to assist you in resolving the problem.
